The most common Crohn’s symptoms include diarrhoea, fatigue, fever, mouth sores and abdominal pain and cramping.
4. Ulcerative Colitis
Ulcerative colitis is similar to Crohn’s disease just differing in the area which gets affected. In ulcerative colitis, it is the colon which is affected and other parts of large intestine. Symptoms may include abdominal pain, diarrhoea, rectal bleeding, weight loss, and fever. It is also an auto-immune disease and may lead to your own immune system working against the body cells. You may experience frequent and urgent bowel movements, pain with diarrhoea, blood in your stool, or abdominal cramps.
5. Haemorrhoids or Piles
Piles are diagnosed when there is presence of blood in stools and may lead to extreme pain while passing stools. Hemorrhoids are indicated by inflammation of the blood vessels at the end of your digestive tract, which can be really troublesome, painful and itchy.
